Mobility through eye control
GazeDriver® is developed by Eyemind and enables people with limited body control to steer an electric wheelchair with their eyes. The solution is developed with a focus on safety, freedom and independence, and is certified as a medical device.
Move Innovation did not develop GazeDriver, but has taken over responsibility for manufacturing the finished product.
From finished product to stable production
When Eyemind had to choose a manufacturing partner, they needed a collaborator who could both handle the requirements for medical devices and adapt production to a varying need.
The product was therefore transferred to Move Innovation, where it is now manufactured through ISO 13485-certified batch production with documented traceability throughout the whole production process.

Demand for GazeDriver can vary, so production has to be scalable without compromising on quality and documentation.
Our flexible production setup makes it possible to manufacture both small and larger series. Eyemind thereby gets a manufacturing partner that can adapt capacity as demand develops.
Responsibility throughout the product's lifetime
The collaboration covers more than ongoing production. Move Innovation is also responsible for handling product changes, carrying out repairs and ensuring that GazeDriver can continue to be manufactured efficiently.
When components change, or improvements are needed, we can assess the consequences and carry the changes safely through to production. That gives Eyemind one combined partner for production, maintenance and the ongoing safeguarding of the product's manufacturability.
