From our production we can deliver finished products directly to you, or straight on to your customers if you prefer. We handle the whole process from sourcing, planning and stock management to assembly, testing, documentation, packing and shipping. That means you can gather development, manufacturing and delivery in one place and avoid unnecessary links between product, supplier and market.
Sourcing is an important part of the process. We obtain the necessary components, parts and materials and make sure they match the product's specifications. When the goods arrive, we carry out incoming inspection, so we can be sure the right goods have been received and the quality is sound before they move on into production.
Stock management is just as decisive. We can handle both simple products with few components and complex devices with many parts, variants and dependencies. With structured stock management we get an overview of components, batch numbers, material flow and production status, so production can run efficiently — even when specifications vary from order to order.
Flexible manufacturing in smaller series
We work particularly well with products where flexibility matters. That can be small batches, ongoing adjustments, shifting demand or different product variants for different markets. Perhaps one market needs a particular power supply, another market different marking, and a third market a special software configuration, manual or packaging. Variation of that kind requires a manufacturing partner that can change over quickly without making the process heavy and expensive.
That is why our production is built for just-in-time manufacturing and smaller series. We can produce to demand, so you avoid tying up unnecessary capital in large stocks. At the same time we can scale up or down quickly if demand changes. We can produce product A, B and C one day and dedicate the whole production to product D the next, if the market calls for it.

Quality is built into every step. We manufacture on the basis of the ISO 13485 standard, which places high demands on documentation, traceability, risk management and process control. That is especially important for companies working with medtech, technical products or other solutions where quality and documentation have to stand up to both customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
