Introduction
This policy on the collection and processing of personal data (hereafter ”the Policy”) describes how Move Innovation ApS, CVR no. 32777066, (hereafter referred to as ”us”, ”we” or ”our”) as data controller collects information from you when you use our website, as well as which personal data we collect and process about you as a contact person at our customer.
What information do we collect about you when you use our website, and for what purposes?
1.1 When you use our website to search for information about our products and services, a number of cookies are used by us and by trusted third parties, which allow the website to function, collect useful information about visitors and help us improve your user experience.
1.2 A cookie is a small text file that stores, or accesses previously stored, information on the visitor's computer, tablet, smartphone or similar device through your web browser. It enables the systems associated with the site to recognise your browser and to collect and store certain information.
1.3 There are several different kinds of cookies. Some are necessary in order to use online services, such as when you place items in the basket in a webshop. Other cookies optimise usability by supporting settings the user has made themselves, for example by remembering logins on websites. Others again are used for marketing, by following the user across web services and/or by analysing the individual user's browsing habits. Finally, some cookies make it possible to compile statistics on general traffic to the website, so that the site can be optimised on an ongoing basis.
1.4 We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly and to get better at reaching people who are interested in our services. We may also use cookies to better tailor visitors' future visits to the site to their interests and needs. Finally, we use cookies to collect anonymous statistics that give us a better understanding of how people use our website, and to help us improve the structure and content of the site. We cannot identify you personally from this information.
How to avoid or remove cookies
3.1 If you do not wish to store cookies, you can block all cookies, delete existing cookies from your hard drive, or receive a warning before cookies are stored, via your browser settings. As browsers differ slightly, you can find the correct way to manage your cookies by searching in your browser's help menu.
Sharing cookies with third parties
4.1 We neither sell nor trade personal data with outside parties.
4.2 We share personal data with our web hosting partner, who helps us with the functionality of our website, for as long as that partner ensures the confidentiality of the information. We may release information where this occurs in upholding the law.
4.3 We may share some information that does not make it possible to identify users personally with third parties for the purpose of delivering marketing, advertising and similar. These third parties include Facebook and Google, which use cookies to target advertising and marketing at relevant people who may be interested in visiting our website. These cookies make it possible to deliver advertisements to our users based on previous website visits to our site or to other sites on the internet. Users can find out more about this in Google's and Facebook's privacy policies and can opt out of the storage of such cookies - for example by using these links: http://www.aboutads.info/choices and http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/.
What information do we collect about you when you enter personal data via our website?
5.1 We only collect the relevant personal information that you yourself consent to when you enter it on our website. When you sign up for our newsletter via our website, we ask you to provide your name, email or other relevant information. Your personal data is deleted automatically if you unsubscribe from our newsletter.
What personal data do we collect about you as a contact person at our customer, and for what purposes?
6.1 Move Innovation collects data provided by you as a contact person for our customer, or that we receive directly from the customer's head office. We process your personal data in a CRM system in order to keep a history of our activities. This data comprises ordinary personal data such as;
Title, name, work telephone numbers, your email at your workplace (hereafter ”General Contact Person Data”).
What is the legal basis for Move Innovation's collection and processing of the personal data?
7.1 The collection and processing of the general contact person data is necessary in order for Move Innovation to pursue its legitimate interest and run its business. The basis is described in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, which concerns the balancing-of-interests rule.
Do we disclose your personal data to others?
8.1 We disclose your personal data to ZOHO: a CRM system used to keep a dated record of the history of our activities with you as contact person.
How long do we store your personal data?
9.1 We delete your personal data when we learn that you have ceased to be a contact person at our customer. However, we retain your personal data to the extent required by law, as is the case, for example, with bookkeeping data covered by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
What rights do you have as a data subject?
10.1 As a data subject you have a number of rights that we can help you with. Your rights include the following:
(a) You have the right to obtain access to which personal data we process about you, for which purposes we process the data, and whether we disclose the personal data to others.
(b) You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you rectified.
(c) You have the right to have your personal data erased.
(d) In certain cases you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted, so that we only store your personal data for a given period.
(e) You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation.
10.2 If you wish to exercise your rights as described above, please contact us at the email address given under Section 12 Contact.
