We started as developers

When we founded our consultancy in 2010, the mission was clear: to help companies develop physical tech products from idea to finished design.

But again and again our customers ran into the same problem once the product was ready for production.
Long ramp-up. Rigid communication. And nobody who really understood the product the way the people who designed it did.

So we made a choice: we built the production ourselves.
Not because it was the easy route, but because we saw a real need for a local, flexible production that could work closely with the developers.

We did it in small steps. One at a time. And today it makes up almost half of our business.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁?

Our developers and production staff literally sit in the same corridor. That creates a partnership that is hard to copy.

When a product goes into production for the first time, or when changes are needed along the way, the path from decision to action is much shorter than elsewhere.

That has proved particularly valuable in two situations:
• Ramp-up of new products, where the details are still being fine-tuned
• Change management, when a product needs updates after launch or cost optimisation.

All of it within the framework of ISO 13485, whether they are B2B or B2C products in larger series.

We started small and we are proud of the journey. And we are not done yet.
