The University of Copenhagen conference

We are looking forward to giving a talk at the University of Copenhagen’s conference “𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲” on 𝟭𝟳 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵.

Our talk is about the strong trio:

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 – to capture the surroundings
𝗔𝗜 – to analyse, understand and decide
𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 – to run right out where the data appears

Together the three can open up entirely new possibilities for solving tasks where robustness, latency, power consumption and operational reliability mean everything.

At the conference we will present our journey into autonomous drone tracking - from building a server-based AI vision solution to qualifying embedded computer vision platforms in practice.

We will share our approach to AI vision, dataset management and test frameworks, plus best practices for tracking fast-moving objects through optimised camera and control strategies.

Attendees will also get an insight into how we deliver the project in practice – including our strategy for drone partners and concrete experience from working with DHI's ground station.
