Every project, whatever it may be, has to start somewhere

Every project, whatever it may be, has to start somewhere.
That's what a 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 (𝗣𝗢𝗖) is. Something to answer to: "𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸?"

𝗜𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲, we wanted to track birds with a camera in real time.
So we started with 𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗰𝗮𝗺 in our office (adopting a pet bird was not considered 🙂).

Instead of spending time on a full solution, you should 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
The goal is not perfection, it's 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.⏩

✅"If it works" ➜ move forward with development.
❌"If it does not" ➜ you pivot to other sollution.

Today, thanks to that proof of concept, we ended up with an 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲, 🐦‍⬛(see more https://lnkd.in/drnwBwTG)
