Technical Specification

Mock-up & Prototype

By rapidly creating a functional prototype, Move Innovation makes ensure, that the project risks are uncovered and minimised at an early stage in the project and with low costs. We have the skills and equipment to make a rapid prototype and Proof of Concept and we help you implement and validate new ideas and technologies in the most cost-efficient way.
Schematic
The hardware engineers in Move Innovation are experts in the latest versions of Altium Designer and OrCAD/Allegro.
By having a team of multiple engineers at our office, with different professional profiles, who have a technical discussion about your project, you are guaranteed the best structured design that is both verifiable and well documented.

Integration of electronics
Our hardware engineers specialize in designing and creating advanced PCB layouts matching the performance, size and cost requirements of your product. All layouts are created in 3D models, which help to identify and solve mechanical challenges before production begins.
In Move Innovation, we can both develop, produce and maintain your development. Although we are responsible for all or part of the development, the product and the documentation are your property. This means you have the option of using your preferred EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) supplier for the manufacturing of your product.
Box Build & Mechanics
In Move innovation we assist you in the transition from electronics to finished device. We are specialised in implementing the electronics into your desired design and help you specify plug connections and user interface according to legislation and design requirements.
Our design and construction department are specialists in designing and constructing products and the mechanics therein, so the manufacturing process of the product will be as simple and economical as possible. We simplify future optimization of components and assembly of the product, in order for you to save time and money.
Test & Validation
At Move Innovation we are specialised in defining test requirements to ensure long term operation of your products. We have extensive experience in physical testing of calculations and designs, as well as ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and standards such as MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 60601 and IEC 61010. By combining our own laboratory and test equipment with partnerships with test facilities across Denmark, we are capable of performing a wide variety of tests and analyses, in order to optimise your product for reliability and performance.
Certification
We have extensive experience in working with CE and medical certification of products. By taking certifications into account early in the process, your product's time to market can be drastically reduced. We can help you through the process - from the initial screening of your possibilities, to the final assurance of your product's full compliance with the requirements.
Production
In Move Innovation, we have our own production, which we use if you need to produce a 0-series or less than 2000 units per year.
If you need a larger production, we can help you find the right EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) partner that suits your specific needs in terms of production time, costs and complexity. We have years of experience, a broad network and can help you with the start-up of a production.
We can also help you build customized production and test equipment that enables fast and simple programming, configuration, traceability and testing. Once production is running, we ensure a detailed handover of the material so you can continue on your own.
