Sensor development

If you need a specially developed sensor that is not an off-the-shelf product, we can help you! We are experts in developing sensors, regardless of the purpose.

We have extensive experience in developing sensors and have, among other things, developed sensors for measuring vibrations, wear, emissions, pressure, temperature and flow, in addition to chemical sensors and MEMS based sensors.

We also have extensive experience in using existing sensor technology in a different way. Based on our knowledge of physical modelling, we can use one type of sensor to calculate other parameters. We did this in our development of Spiromagic.

Spiromagic is a lung function meter used by asthma and COPD patients to measure their lung capacity. We have developed and used a pressure sensor in Spiromagic to calculate the flow or air pressure you breathe with. If you need a test setup with special sensors, we can develop the test equipment and setup. We can develop the right equipment, adapted to the environment and the experiment the test set-up is included in. If the test equipment needs to be connected to some of your existing equipment and, have different measuring points, we can create a data collection with a selection of relevant data. As an extension of this, we can also develop a user interface where the relevant data can be accessed and presented in a user-friendly manner.
